Vic Gómez Betancourt (they/them) began working with Cultivando in January 2023 as a consultant, supporting communications and development efforts. In June 2023, they transitioned to a full-time staff position as Sustainability Officer, focusing on foundation and donor relations as well as media support.

Our Board Of Directors

Cultivando is always on the search for a kind and collaborative board member, ideally from within the local Latinx community and/or supportive partners with financial, legal, real estate, fundraising, or nonprofit experience. We are proud to be a majority Latinx board and organization. Our board is a fun and engaging group of do-gooders and meets once per month.
